Cancellations
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Please email or call us immediately to request a cancellation.
After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
No Returns
Due to the perishable and food-grade nature of our products, we do not accept any returns once the product has been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will happily provide a refund.
Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the damaged item via email or WhatsApp.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
